Lattes & Tails Hund Café Candle - 8oz.
Welcome to Hund Café, where the barista is a golden retriever named Gerald, the wifi is terrible, and every order comes with a crumb on the floor that somebody is already sprinting toward.
Real espresso, dark and roasted and slightly bitter. Then the pastry case swings open and it's all warm butter, baked sugar and vanilla, the exact smell that makes your dog materialize beside your chair like they've been summoned. It finishes in caramel, slow and rich, hanging around the room long after you've stopped noticing. Much like your pup.
Here's what we were actually going for. That café you go to on a Saturday where they know your order and your dog's name but not yours. Where somebody's labradoodle is asleep under the next table with one eye open, monitoring for dropped croissant. Where you stay forty minutes longer than you planned because it's warm and nobody's asking you to leave. We put that in a jar.
Light it on a grey Sunday. Light it while your wet dog dries by the door. Light it when the real café is closed and you're not emotionally ready for Monday.
Just don't let Gerald near the wax. He's a wonderful barista and a terrible decision maker.
Fragrance Notes
Top: Freshly pulled espresso, dark roast
Heart: Warm pastry, butter, vanilla, baked sugar
Base: Caramel, toasted sugar
Safety first!
To keep tails wagging safely, please follow these tips:
Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting. A trimmed wick = a cleaner, longer, and safer burn.
Allow the wax to melt across the entire top layer on the first burn to avoid tunneling (no one likes a lopsided latte!).
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time—your pup’s attention span is shorter anyway.
Keep away from paws, wagging tails, curtains, drafts, and anything flammable.
Never leave your candle unattended (even if your dog promises to keep an eye on it ).
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains.
⚠️ Warning:
Burn within sight.
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not touch or move the candle while lit or until wax has cooled.
Failure to follow instructions may result in fire hazard or injury.
