We offer free local pick-up within the Ottawa region. We are located in Ottawa’s south-end. Use promo code HUNDLOCALYOW24 at checkout. Once your order is ready to go, we will contact you to choose a date and time for pick-up, it’s that easy!

Canada & United States

For all orders $100.00CAD and above, we offer free shipping. Enter promo code FREESHIP100 at check out. A standard shipping cost of $14.00 CAD will apply to all orders under $100.00 CAD.

International

Hang tight! While we do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada and the United States (with the exceptions of Hawaii and Alaska), we will look to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

15 Day Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of original purchase* for a full refund. Please note that if you do choose to return an item, that item must be unused, and in its original packaging (including any tags if applicable). Please note that returns are at the expense of the shipper.

15 Day Exchange Policy

Exchanges for local pick-up: If you live in the Ottawa area, and you wish to exchange an item (s), you can do so free of charge. Simply send us an email at hundandshore@gmail.com to arrange for your exchange. We ask that you arrange for your exchange within 15 days of having received your original item.

All other exchanges : If you need to exchange an item, you may do so by sending back your original item (s) within 15 days of having received your initial order. Send us an email at hundandshore@gmail.com to arrange your exchange. We will send you a return shipping label so that you can return the item you would like exchanged. You may exchange an item once, free of charge. Free exchanges apply to items with sizing options such as collars and harnesses. All other items can be exchanged at the expense of the shipper.

Items can only be exchanged one time. So, if you make a purchase and decide that you need to exchange for a different size, we will exchange that item once. Once an exchange is completed, that exchanged item becomes final sale. Always consult the sizing chart before placing an order for a collar. You can find our sizing details HERE

* All toys (including all plush, WildOne, ball loops, and tug toys), and accessories such as the waste bag holder, leash accessory pouch, AirTag holders and poop bag holders; are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
